Graduated from Baptist College (now Baptist University) in Hong Kong in 1978 in Business Management and joined an electronic manufacturing company. He became a director before emigrating to Canada. He earned his CGA (Certified General Accountant) and worked for nine years in financial management of a property management company in Toronto. He joined the Group in 1991 as Group Financial Controller.
Ann Mary Pak: Ann Mary started her career in the computer industry with NCR Hong Kong. She then joined Dao Heng Bank in 1976 as Systems Manager and later as Computer Manager. In 1980 she joined her family's Certified Public Accountants firm, Messrs. K. K. Young & Co. and remains with the Firm as one of the principals, primarily engaged in company restructures and tax planning.
Godfrey is an independent practitioner in corporate communications, issues management and investor relations with 40 years experience in Asia. A proponent of good corporate governance and a specialist in sustainability, he is an Independent Director of Singapore listed Boustead Singapore Ltd and Del Monte Pacific Limited, Hong Kong-listed Convenience Retail Asia and Pacific Access, the Asian affiliate of the Koç Group.
